Arkillo is a savage, carnivorous alien from the planet Vorn in Sector 674 who became one of the first members of the Sinestro Corps. Recruited by Sinestro for his ability to instill fear, Arkillo quickly rose through the ranks to become the Corps’ brutal drill sergeant, overseeing the training of new recruits and the creation of Qwardian power rings. He was a major combatant during the Sinestro Corps War, where he clashed with Kilowog, his Green Lantern counterpart. Though a ruthless enemy of the Green Lantern Corps, Arkillo has also served as a member of the New Guardians.
